All CozyLoop Patterns products are digital PDF downloads, delivered instantly after checkout. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a pattern has been delivered.
If something goes wrong
Your happiness matters more than the fine print. Contact us at choaib.assoualma@gmail.com and we will always make it right if:
- Your download link never arrived or doesn't work;
- The file is damaged, incomplete, or not the pattern you ordered;
- You were charged twice for the same order.
In those cases we will resend your files or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same pattern twice, let us know within 14 days and we'll refund the duplicate.
